Repeat medication can be ordered as follows:

At reception using re-order slip.

Online via the link https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com. To register for online services please come to the reception with Proof of ID (e.g. passport, driving licence, residence permit, birth certificate, bank statement, utility bill, marriage certificate) and we will set an account for on line services.

Please be notified that ordering prescriptions via email is only available for old and vulnerable patients. Please do not send your request for prescriptions on any other email address as it will not be actioned. We slso do not accept prescription requests over the phone as it leads to errors.

Please allow three  working days. The same applies to prescription requests brought from the hospital. If you have requested for delivery by a pharmacist please allow one additional day.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
